The pier reservation deposit covers the installation fee for basic services. These include hardware assembly, connections, guider focusing, polar alignment, and a custom-machined pier crafted specifically for your system.

The installation fee covers the following:
- Hardware Assembly & Installation — Setting up and securing your equipment
- Hardware Connections & Cable Management — Organizing and connecting all necessary components
- Guider Focusing — Ensuring the guider is properly adjusted
- Polar Alignment — Precisely aligning the system for accurate tracking
- Custom Machined Pier — Each pier is crafted on-site specifically for your system, designed to provide a permanent, rigid connection with no vibration or flex issues
What Is NOT Included
The installation fee does not cover time-consuming tasks such as:
- Collimation — Mirror/optics alignment
- Tip/Tilt Adjustments — Fine-tuning equipment positioning
- Software Setup — Configuring imaging and automation software
These services fall under advanced tech support, which is billed at $50 per hour.

- Pre-configure your system before sending it to us

- Installing remote connection software (Remote Desktop, AnyDesk, Chrome Remote Desktop, or SSH)
- Enabling Auto Power-On in the BIOS for unattended operation
